Today, we launched the Elara's Junk Journal: 'A Garden of Dreams' series on YouTube. In this episode, we got down to business, crafting our junk journal cover using a Fruit by the Foot box. But you can jump on the creativity train and use any box lying around – even a cereal box would do the trick! 

After giving that box a new life as the shape of our future journal, we splashed it with a stunning Tiffany Blue hue. To add some vintage vibes, we hit it up with some Tim Holtz crackle paint for that aged look. 

🎨 Pro tip: If you don't have crackle paint, no biggie – use white acrylic paint to add some distress!

We wanted our cover to be as strong as your creative spirit, so we sealed the deal with TriArt Liquid Glass. 🍾 It gave our cover a glossy finish.
